Travis Palmer is a musician and an artist. He grew up in Orange County, went to school at Humboldt State and College of the Redwoods Eureka for metal smithing, wood working, machine shop, held a glass blowing internship, and worked in a large lumber yard. At this point, Travis had been playing guitar and writing songs for about ten years, and decided he wanted to get serious about his music and go to school for music. This brought Travis back to Santa Cruz, where he went to school his first year at UC Santa Cruz before he went to Humboldt. 

 Travis spent a few years at Cabrillo Community College in Aptos, and is currently taking classes at San Jose State University, working on a Bachelor of Music in Jazz Studies. Travis has a private studio, as well as a studio at the Los Gatos School of Music where he teaches guitar, piano, and music theory. Travis plays out solo, and with various groups at bars and coffee shops in the area. Travis also works closely with http://www.kochlacswood.us/ on wood projects, and sells custom wood and metal items made in his home shop. Currently, his pens can be purchased in store at Business With Pleasure in Scott's Valley, California!
